As Head of Private Client Services and Operations Manager, Jessica is committed to enhancing client satisfaction while driving operational excellence across the business. Since joining Prospera in 2018, Jessica has actively led with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach whilst taking pride in delivering consistently high standards in both service and execution.
Her career in financial services began at Halifax Bank, where she developed a wealth of knowledge in client care and operational processes. Over the years, Jessica has built on that experience to become a highly organised and accountable leader, known for her ability to help clients in complex areas of financial planning. Jessica has built strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and takes full ownership of core projects within the business and is crucial to the daily operations within Prospera.
Jessica is responsible for ensuring efficiency across many aspects of the business and engaging with client needs at every level. Jessica is passionate about creating a seamless and positive experience for our valued clients and helps guide our internal teams to ensure that excellence is embedded in every part of our client’s journey. Jessica very much values the service our clients receive within our business, and she believes this should be the fundamental of everything we do.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys staying active at the gym, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying eating out and going on holiday with her husband.
