As a Client Services and Events Coordinator, I take pride in delivering exceptional service to both new and longstanding clients, ensuring every interaction is meaningful and every event leaves a lasting impression. Since joining the team in October 2019, I have enjoyed the opportunity to connect with clients face-to-face, build strong relationships, and contribute to creating memorable experiences that reflect our commitment to excellence.

I oversee the planning, coordination and execution of all client facing and virtual events, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully managed from initial concept to post event follow up.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, I’ve held a variety of roles that have helped shape my client-focused approach and ability to adapt to diverse challenges. This background allows me to bring a well-rounded perspective to my current position, where attention to detail and genuine care for client satisfaction are at the heart of everything I do.

Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mum to two wonderful girls who keep me on my toes and bring balance and joy to my busy life.
